Simple Teams Calling via PBX
PBX (Private Branch eXchange - PBX extensions are Included in the above call plan pricing),
more commonly referred to as Cloud VoIP phone systems, has a Teams embedded app, which lets you dial through its path. This does not require any further license fees and works with even your current O365-included Teams App. Far simpler to install as the Voice supplier will configure that part for free under the Call Plan MSA Tech support.
No complex Teams config or I.T work required, we can configure this in minutes for any end-user.
This is the most cost-effective and easiest way to dial anywhere from your MS Teams Application.

Standard Teams Calling via SBC
SBC (Session Border Controller - Included in the above call plan pricing) for Teams direct routing requires the additional $8 USD Per/user cost of the MS Teams phone license.
With a little clever domain and dial plans, you can then make phone calls directly from Teams.
Select a calling plan from the MS Teams bundles or any carrier that has a Team’s compatible SBC. You will generally need I.T assistance for this more complex configuration. See below videos.
This solution can also work out quite expensive if you need IVR greeting with options to direct calls, Queue and other inbound call flows, such as your existing Office phones might currently have.
The added licensing can exceed $75 USD and you will still have to set it up yourself or have an experienced MS Teams I.T person manage it for your company. More than one for redundancy.
